The Oliver Twinsafe Non Standard Length, Three Piece, Trunnion Mounted, Double Block and Bleed Valve is available in bore sizes from 1” to 3” and from ASME class 150lb to 2500lb. A variety of seat and body materials are available.

Question: Can you provide details of dimensions/ wts of the DBB valves for the full range i.e class 150 to 2500 for 1", 1.5" & 2" valves trunnion mounted? Is this tabulated somewhere? It is not available on the web site.

Answer:

Typically on the smaller size valves we offer floating ball design in lieu of trunnion. This keeps costs to a minimum. Could you confirm this would be acceptable? If so I can forward a range drawing to you by return.
