Two Piece Standard Length Floating Ball Valve

A fully factory tested Double Block & Bleed Valve with face to face dimensions equal to a standard single isolate valve, in accordance with ASME B16:10 / API 6D. Full bore and reduced bore options available.


Standard Specification

The Oliver Twinsafe Two Piece Standard Length Floating Ball Valve is available in bore sizes 1”, 1½” and 2” and from ASME class 150lb to 2500lb. A variety of seat and body materials are available.

Question: What are the options for the bleed connections on this valve please? Are there any options for a flanged connection?

Answer:

As far as I'm aware we don't do flange style two-piece or two piece standard length floating ball valves.

Question: the 2 handles are obviously offset from the centre of the valve length. are you able to give me this length for a 2" CL600 valve? i have a client purchasing these valves and i want to make sure i have enough clearence between the handle and the header we are mounting them off.

Answer:

The handle offset gives an overhang on one end of 124 mm and the other end of 100 mm.
