3/4inch Check Valve

The 3/4” Check Valve has a pressure rating of 15,000 psi (1034 bar) and is available in API Material Classes FF and HH to NACE MR-01-75 latest revision.

• Design has a Peek primary seal with a metal to metal back-up
• Design ideally suited to be incorporated with gate or needle valves for chemical injection applications
• Fully PR2 qualified to API 6A Appendix F and API 17D Section 307
• Standard certification to BS EN 10204 3.1. (3.2. option available)

Question: Do you have a calculated Cv value for the Check Valve incorporated into the typical 15k 3/4" gate valves (shallow water) that you supply to Cameron. Just needing a quick answer for our flow assurance calculations for an up coming project.

Answer:

The Cv value for a 3/4" bore subsea check valve is 12 Max. This figure was obtained through flow tests performed at Liverpool university.

Answer:

Hi Barbara,

The Drawing number for this particular check valve is TA2037-13, the reference number can change depending on which material classes that the customer wants e.g. HH or FF.
