Trunnion Mount Ball Valves

Oliver Valvetek Trunnion Mount Ball Valves are available in two way, three way or four way configurations.

Quarter turn operation provides simple position indication whilst the unique sprung seats provide low pressure sealing and protects the valves cavity from debris.


Standard Specification

The Trunnion Mount Ball Valve has a pressure rating of 15,000psi (1034 bar) and is available in a bore size of 3/8” (10mm) whilst bore sizes up to 1/2” (13mm) are available at lower pressures.

Each valve is hyperbarically tested to water a depth of 10,000ft (3050m).

Answer:

We do not specify a recommended minimum distance between valves mounted to a plate as this can vary depending on individual circumstances. However, the centre distance between ROV operated ball valves is usually dictated by the size of the ROV receptacle or tooling being used. In our experience both are usually much larger than the ball valve itself.
