Low Emission Pipeline Valves
Low Emission Pipeline Valves
Low Emission trunnion-mounted ball valves have been specially developed to meet the demands of low fugitive emissions, at elevated temperatures up to 350 degC.
Oliver’s have developed a patented design, working closely with a major seal manufacturer, to provide ISO 15848 Class B leakage rate at high temperatures above 200 degC.
Oliver has developed a patented design, working closely with a major seal manufacture, to provide Class B leakage rate at high temperatures above 200 degC.
The valves are available as a metal seated design, with specially selected materials of construction to ensure full compatibility with project requirements.

We’re trailblazers in setting new high standards for valve quality, safety, and performance. The testing, certification, and qualification of our valves adhere to API & ISO. However, most of our valves are tested to our own written specifications – ‘Oliver Gold Standard’ which far exceed industry standards.
As a world leading valve manufacturer, we invest in continuous research and development. State-of-the-art technological facilities located in the UK provide the industry benchmark for valve engineering standards of excellence.
Onsite testing capabilities such as; automation, pressure, fire, cryogenic, hyperbaric, helium seat leakage, fugitive emission, temperature rating, seat & gland endurance, rapid operation, and porosity checks in pre-build enable us to be flexible in meeting client’s demanding schedules.
