Oliver Valves Win Project Packages off the Qatar Pennisula

Oliver Valves won multiple project packages on the North Field Production Sustainability (NFPS) project. Since 2021, Oliver’s has been working closely with digital control system suppliers on the project to offer specialised engineering support and guidance, in particular around Pressure Transmitter Manifold Bids. Oliver Valves have provided customised valve solutions since 1979. In this time, engineers have trailblazed the way in valve design, safety and innovation and have set industry benchmarks in standards. Engineer and procurement teams worked tirelessly to value engineer manifold designs and source the raw exotic material that was required, and meet budget expectations.

The project, which is one of the world’s largest natural gas fields, is situated off the north-east coast of the Qatar peninsula. There are two complexes that make up the project, which include two fixed steel jacket compression platforms, interconnecting bridges, interface modules, and living quarters.
